According to the Hancock's Drift page on Facebook (March 2013), the mother of Ann Kennedy (1790-1866) was also Ann. She married Charles Kennedy (a stationer and successful businessman). This clearly differs from the information above. Ann Kennedy (senior) died in 1804.
Information from elsewhere says Ann Kennedy was born in 1752, and died on 8 October 1804 at 125 Fetter Lane, City of London. Less reliable information gives her father's name as Charles Kennedy (same first name as her husband).
