HeartWork runs a 12-week Personal Growth course compiled by Debbie Jones,
Marie Benson, and Jean Geerthsen. The course focuses on emotional healing
and an understanding of basic emotional functioning. The first course was
run for women residents at Johannesburg Prison in 2002, and a second course
was completed in April 2003.
